Quotation forms collect your name, email, company, contact details and project requirements. Job applications may include contact details, a message and CV. Academy registration collects participant details. Technical visit records may include IP address, page, browser and visit time. Referrers and UTM campaign parameters are used to count acquisition sources; source information is also kept in the browser tab session storage. Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
2. Purpose of processing
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up applications or registrations, and operate and protect the website. Processing follows the purpose of your request; consent is requested where required. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
3. Storage and access
Quotation enquiries are saved in the website database for follow-up, including when email notification fails. Notifications are sent to Sales and Info. The admin enquiry list requires authentication. Uploaded CVs and documents use file storage supporting the website services.
4. Data retention
Enquiries remain stored for follow-up and related business needs. The website does not currently delete enquiries automatically based on their age. Contact us to ask about retention of your data or request deletion; legal obligations or transaction resolution needs may affect fulfilment of the request.
5. Service providers and external links
Hosting, database, email and file storage providers support these services. External images and maps may connect to third-party providers when loaded. If you open WhatsApp or an external link, that service’s policy applies to interactions outside our website.
